Zusammenfassung

In den vorangegangenen Kapiteln wurde erläutert, dass sich Familienunternehmen in ihrer Werteorientierung und ihren Zielsystemen meist deutlich von Nicht-Familienunternehmen unterscheiden. Ob das die Leistungsfähigkeit auch tatsächlich beeinflusst, soll nachfolgend thematisiert werden, bevor in Kap. 4 die empirisch überprüfbaren Erfolgsunterschiede zwischen Familien- und Nicht-Familienunternehmen kennengelernt werden.
