Zusammenfassung
Im folgenden wird gezeigt, daß „Neokorporatismus“ ein hohes Maß an Verflechtungen zwischen Parteien, Parlamentsfraktionen und starken Spitzenverbänden voraussetzt. Dabei ist mit diesem Begriff die „Konzertierung“ der Regierung und der großen Interessenverbände von Arbeit und Kapital gemeint. Er sollte nicht auf beliebige Formen der Verflechtung von Staat und organisierten Interessen angewendet werden, weil diese z.T. historisch so weit zurückreichen, daß das Präfix „Neo-“ unbegründet wäre. (Beispiele dafür gibt es insbesondere im Agrarsektor). Die Existenz von starken, zentralisierten Spitzenverbänden mit Repräsentationsmonopol begünstigt Entstehung und Funktionieren von Neokorporatismus, sollte damit aber nicht begrifflich gleichgesetzt werden.
