B2B2C is the abbreviation of the term “business to business to customer”, a new way of network communication sales. The first B in the term refers to the generalized seller (ie., finished products, semi-finished products, and material providers, etc.); the latter B refers to the trading platforms which provide sellers and buyers platforms of contact as well as high-quality additional services; C refers to the buyers. Sellers include both companies and individuals, which reflects a logical trading relationship. B2B2C mode covers the mode of B2C and C2C, thus is more integrated and more capable of better service.
