As invisible technology in ubiquitous generation, location recognition technology has been understood as rudimentary technology for various service provisions in field of transportation, military, distribution, home network, and more. Although location recognition system in traffic information is widely provided based on the GPS system which is a core basis technology for provision of traffic information, it has drawbacks of low accuracy, and shaded zone occurs due to secure of communication visibility. In this study, energy efficient and data-centric protocol of multiple location recognition systems that can recognize locations in shaded zone such as parking lot or tunnel is proposed and demonstrated. It bases on the Chirp Spread Spectrum (CSS) method which applies ISM Band of IEEE 802.15.4 so as detailed location recognition is possible only by the wireless RF (Radio Frequency). As the result of multi-network environment, it was likely to compose a network with less than 6% of data error ratio and less than 18 centimeters of error range of Tag node. Moreover, it can guarantee 13.5 days from 0.7 days in life span of tag node through applying 20 seconds low-power algorithm and minimum frequency of power consumption in 3V, 1500mAh battery condition.
