Organizational learning is a quest in today’s organizations to cope with rapid changes in the environment, technology, regulation and etc. To adopt with these changes, organizations may lead to use various resources excessively. However addressing the changes for today should not impede organizations to address the needs of tomorrow. Therefore, the paradigm of sustainable development emerged to address this quest. Various studies showed that individual learning in multiple dimensions supported the organizational learning. This research-in-progress introduced an innovative approach towards individual learning to bring this notion into unconscious level and taking advantage of this existed capacity systematically.
