Economic growth is considered to the most important goal of development of modern socio-economic systems, as it stimulates strengthening of their national currency and position in the world arena, develops employment, and increases living standards of the population. This determines the top-priority attitude of governments to the issues of managing economic growth that occupy a central position in the system of socio-economic policy of modern countries.
