Abstract
The structural stability of amorphous metallic alloys exposed to particle irradiation is of some current interest. In particular the ability of glassy alloys to resist irradiation damage and to avoid induced crystallisation will determine their usefulness in such environments. In the work reported the authors find that a NiTi glass subjected to neutron and proton fluences of 1017 cm-2 shows changes in its mode of crystallisation but no change in crystallisation temperature.
