Beziehungsherausforderungen in kommunikativ hybriden Arbeitsumgebungen

Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Beitrag liefert eine kritische Analyse von Konsequenzen elektronischer Kommunikation in Unternehmen. Nach einer Aufbereitung bestehender Theorien der computervermittelten Kommunikation schließt sich die Beschreibung der Ergebnisse einer empirischen Interviewstudie an. In vier Deutschschweizer Unternehmen ließen sich die drei Schwerpunktprobleme virtueller Zusammenarbeit herausfinden: Der fehlende Kontext von elektronischer Kommunikation, die verschiedenen Formen von Abgrenzung der Mediennutzer sowie die inflationäre Verwendung der Neuen Medien zum Nachrichtenversand. Als erfolgreiche Dualstrategie bietet sich die Personalisierung der Kommunikation bei gleichzeitiger beziehungsorientierter Medienwahl an.
