Abstract

Der Übergang von papiergestützten zu elektronischen Patientenakten (EHR) hat die Gesundheitsbranche revolutioniert, aber auch Bedenken hinsichtlich Datensicherheit und Datenschutz aufkommen lassen. Dieser Artikel stellt einen neuartigen Ansatz zur Absicherung des EHR-Managements in der Cloud mittels Blockchain-Technologie und eines kryptographischen Hash-Generators (CHG) vor. Die vorgeschlagene Methode, SEHR-BC-CHG, nutzt den Konsensmechanismus Proof-of-Monitoring (PoM), um Datenintegrität und Vertraulichkeit sicherzustellen. Es nutzt diskrete Sharlet-Transformation für Datenverschlüsselung und einen Hybrid Chaotic Atom Search Optimization Algorithmus zur Verifizierung. Der Artikel vergleicht die vorgeschlagene Methode mit bestehenden Lösungen und hebt ihre überlegene Leistung in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit hervor. Die Studie ist in Abschnitte gegliedert, in denen Literaturübersicht, vorgeschlagene Technik, Ergebnisse und Schlussfolgerungen diskutiert werden und die einen umfassenden Überblick über die Methode und ihre Vorteile bieten.
