Abstract

In most cases, the ground truth is never known. For hotels and restaurants, there is no neutral evaluator that can verify the correctness of reviews. In distributed sensing, many quantities are never measured other than through crowd sensors. For predictions about hypothetical questions, we never obtain the ground truth.
