Zusammenfassung
In der Haut, den Skelettmuskeln, den Sehnen, Gelenken und den Eingeweiden liegen Sensoren (Sinnesrezeptoren), die mechanische, thermische und chemische Signale (Reize) aus der Umwelt oder aus dem Körper aufnehmen und dem Zentralnervensystem mitteilen. Die Gesamtheit der Sinnessysteme, welche die von diesen Sensoren aufgenommene Information verarbeiten, bezeichnen wir als somatoviszerale Sensibilität. Wie Abb.16-1 zeigt, ist es üblich, die Sinnessysteme der Haut, der Gelenke und der Skelettmuskeln mit ihren Sehnen als somatische Sensibilität oder Somatosensorik abzugrenzen von der Sensibilität der Eingeweide, die als viszerale Sensibilität zusammengefaßt wird [3].
