Abstract

As it has been mentioned earlier, in annealed pure metals and single phase alloys the only factor ultimately determining the plastic anisotropy is the preferred crystallographic orientation. Hence, since the texture can be described in terms of quantity, also a fully quantitative description of the anisotropy of the plastic properties should be possible.
