Abstract
This final and concluding chapter provides a brief overview of the preceding chapters and discusses the implications of the new knowledge about international students and crime produced by the project that formed the foundation for this book. It also summarises the main similarities and differences between the US, the UK and Australia in terms of international students and crime and the broader educational, economic, social and political context in which crimes involving international students occur. While some issues relating to international students and crime were perceived to be common across all three countries, others were closely related to the infrastructure available to support higher education students living away from home.
