Abstract

This chapter operationalizes the dependent variable of the research design (influence) and the independent variable (the conditions of influence). By filtering the conditions of ethnic interest group influence identified in the previous chapter through different theoretical lenses, it builds the framework of analysis. The working of the framework is then outlined through hypotheses. Finally, it discusses the methodology for the implementation of the framework.
