In Chapters One through Five, we described each individual BIS step, using sub-process models. Interdependencies of these implementation steps are shown in the fact that the same events are used in different sub-models. Next, the ensuing detailed BIS process model is aggregated in two steps. The result is a sub-process model for every implementation phase and a cross-phase comprehensive model. Thus, the BIS procedure model is described on three detail levels. By using this description type, we are able to transparently illustrate the interrelationship of the implementation steps.
