Der demografische Wandel ist in starkem Maße mit dem Thema Lernen verbunden. Gerade in den industriellen Branchen besteht Handlungsbedarf, um sich an die aktuellen Gegebenheiten anzupassen und beispielsweise neue Möglichkeiten für ältere Mitarbeiter zu schaffen.
