Abstract

Der Artikel stellt eine Methode zur Automatisierung der Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Geschäftsprozessen in der Designphase vor, indem semantische Regeln aus regulatorischen Dokumenten mittels Deep Learning und natürlicher Sprachverarbeitung extrahiert werden. Der Ansatz adressiert die Herausforderungen der manuellen Compliance-Prüfung, die arbeitsintensiv und fehleranfällig ist. Durch die Nutzung fortschrittlicher NLP-Techniken kann die Methode drei Arten von Verstößen gegen Geschäftsprozesse erkennen: fehlende Maßnahmen, falsche Akteure und Verstöße gegen die Ausführung außerhalb der Ordnung. Der Artikel enthält auch eine Fallstudie und Evaluierungsexperimente, die die Wirksamkeit der vorgeschlagenen Methode belegen. Darüber hinaus diskutieren die Autoren potenzielle Verbesserungen und zukünftige Arbeiten zur Verbesserung des Verständnisses und der Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Methode.
