Abstract
As an emerging intelligent product, smart locks have not been widely used, with a late start. Users are facing with some problems of personal information input and output, and interaction with smart locks. This paper engages with this concern by presenting a double-funnel user research model of smart lock design. By surveying the current smart lock market, we devised a distributed system framework of cooperative user experience design. We also analyzed the relationship between the double-funnel user research and the cooperative user experience. Finally, we explored an application of the theoretical model of cooperative user experience on the smart lock design practice.
