Developing an integrated framework to manage deforestation associated with tobacco farming in Zimbabwe: a systematic review

Abstract

Der Artikel untersucht systematisch die Auswirkungen des Tabakanbaus auf die Entwaldung in Simbabwe und hebt dabei die erheblichen Waldverluste durch den Tabakanbau hervor. Er identifiziert Schlüsselfaktoren, die zur Entwaldung beitragen, einschließlich des beschleunigten Landreformprogramms und des wirtschaftlichen Drucks auf Kleinbauern. Die Studie schlägt einen integrierten Rahmen zur Steuerung der Entwaldung vor, der nachhaltige Praktiken, Bildung und die Einführung alternativer Energiequellen umfasst. Dieses Rahmenwerk zielt darauf ab, Wirtschaftswachstum mit ökologischer Nachhaltigkeit in Einklang zu bringen, was es zu einer entscheidenden Lektüre für Fachleute und Forscher auf diesem Gebiet macht.
