Abstract

Der Artikel konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung und Bewertung von afrikanischem Sternensaatöl als Schneidflüssigkeit beim Drehen von AA6061-Aluminiumlegierungen. Mithilfe des Taguchi-Grauen-Relationalansatzes zielt die Studie darauf ab, Schnittparameter wie Vorschubgeschwindigkeit, Spindeldrehzahl und Schnitttiefe zu optimieren, um Oberflächenrauheit und Schnitttemperatur zu reduzieren. Die physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften von afrikanischem Sternensaatöl werden untersucht und die Ergebnisse mit denen von Mineralöl und Trockenbearbeitung verglichen. Die Studie unterstreicht das Potenzial des afrikanischen Sternsamen-Öls als nachhaltige und effektive Schneidflüssigkeit, was es zu einem wertvollen Beitrag im Bereich nachhaltiger Fertigungs- und Bearbeitungsprozesse macht.
