Morphology and structure of the forming layers have been studied. The films from the nanostructured synthesized carbon materials have been produced on the surface of Ti, Fe, Cu, Al, W, manganin, stainless steel, Ni, Mo substrates. The effect of nature of the metal substrate on morphology and structure of the prepared carbon nanomaterials have been studied in this paper.It has been established that the nature of the metal substrate affects both morphology of the forming nanostructured carbon films and the shape and the structure of the carbon nanotubes entering into the composition of these films.
