Zusammenfassung

Die Entwicklung und Anpassung eines eigenen Führungsstils innerhalb eines immer dynamischer werdenden Umfelds ist Voraussetzung für zukunftsgerechtes Führen. Im Spannungsfeld zwischen globalen Megatrends und einer neuen Berufswelt (Arbeitswelt 4.0) werden Führungskräfte immer stärker gefordert. Modernes Führen fordert vor allem in Krisensituationen ein hohes Maß an Kompetenzen, um sich und andere adäquat zu führen und flexibel auf Personen und Personengruppen reagieren zu können. Wie Motivation wirkt, was Neuroleadership ist und was nicht, wird nähergebracht. An praktischen Beispielen wird erklärt, warum neue Kompetenzen erforderlich werden und zukunftsgerechtes Führen vierdimensional erfolgen muss. Erkenntnisse der Neurowissenschaften zeigen, dass unser Führungsstil sehr stark unbewusst durch Vererbtes, Erlerntes und Erfahrenes beeinflusst wird. Ein zentrales Führungsprinzip ist das Plena-Leadership, das einen ganzheitlichen Führungsansatz unter Schaffung einer eigenen Führungskultur bietet.
