Automobili Pininfarina has presented new design sketches of its electric hypercar, the PF0. There are also plans to develop a complete range under the Automobili Pininfarina brand.

According to Michael Perschke, CEO of Automobili Pininfarina, in the future, the Automobili Pininfarina models should be among the "most coveted luxury electric vehicles in the world". To achieve this, the Munich-based company is investing more than 20 million euros in a new cooperation with Pininfarina SpA.
"I have no doubt, that, beginning with the PF0, we are capable of developing a range of vehicles for Automobili Pininfarina that will match the classic Pininfarina models in terms of beauty, purity and innovation", said Silvio Pietro Angori, Chief Executive Officer of Pininfarina SpA.
Automobili Pininfarina has released two new sketches which display the "Pura" design philosophy, which is scheduled to become implemented and released in the PF0 in 2020. According to the manufacturer, almost two thirds of the planned vehicles in North America have already been reserved. It has also been announced that a new sales director for Automobili Pininfarina, Jari Kohonen, has been appointed.
