Abstract

The article introduces a framework for industrial inspection systems using deep learning, emphasizing the advancements of Industry 4.0. It discusses the role of artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and big data analytics in enhancing productivity and quality control. The proposed framework includes a dataset of hex nuts and a deep learning-based inspection system that achieves high accuracy in defect detection. The article also compares the performance of various CNN architectures and highlights the benefits of using transfer learning techniques. Additionally, it provides a detailed description of the experimental setup and results, showcasing the effectiveness of the proposed framework in improving industrial inspection processes.
