Abstract

Based on a systematic review and a focus group, this paper proposes a Manufacturing 4.0 maturity model in emerging countries to increase operational efficiency, improve the integration of physical and virtual structures and guide multiple stakeholders through a holistic view of the supply chain with social, environmental and economic implications.
