Abstract

The article introduces a groundbreaking brazing technology for SiCp/ZL102 composites, essential for lightweight transmit/receive modules in advanced phased array radars. Traditional materials like aluminum and copper have limitations in terms of weight and thermal conductivity. The novel brazing method, using an Al-17.0Cu-8.0Mg-1.5Ni alloy, eliminates the need for flux and significantly improves the joint's strength and air tightness. The study meticulously examines the microstructure, elemental distribution, and mechanical properties of the brazed joints, providing a comprehensive analysis of the optimal brazing conditions. This research is pivotal for enhancing the performance and reliability of next-generation radar systems.
