This study focuses upon IT participant’s conduct in Korea and their respective feelings which develop during the decision making process under the guise of the Mason’s information ethics system, which relies upon a system of ethical decision making based upon the principles of privacy, accuracy, property and accessibility. The definitive purpose of this study is to not only investigate the co-relation between the level of moral judgment of Kohlberg’s theory of Cognitive Moral Development, but also to research the availability of ethical decision making conducts set forth in the model of Bommer, Gratto, Gravander and Tuttle.
