Zusammenfassung

Start-ups sind wichtige Treiber für die wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Entwicklung und bieten ein interessantes Anwendungsfeld für neue achtsamkeitsbasierte Praktiken und Methoden der Team- und Organisationsentwicklung – nicht zuletzt auch als Impulsgeber für neue Arbeitsweisen, die im Rahmen von „Neuer Arbeit“ (New Work) und dem steigenden Anspruch an sinnerfüllte Formen des Arbeitens auch für „etablierte“ Unternehmen hohe Relevanz haben. Dieser Beitrag skizziert typische Aspekte dieses heterogenen Arbeitsumfelds und mögliche Anknüpfungspunkte für Achtsamkeit und achtsamkeitsbasierte Maßnahmen, die anhand von zwei Workshop-Formaten veranschaulicht werden.
