Abstract

The final chapter sums up and concludes the book. The future blending of our perceptions of, and actions in, the physical world and through digital technology is not a luxury – it is a necessity. We summarise our view of how to design for the human beings we all are, to support action and interaction in blended reality spaces, and offer predictions about future applications in everyday life. We also provide an overview of the key features, and some limitations of blended reality spaces.
