Abstract
John Paul Kotter is the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus, at the Harvard Business School, a New York Times best-selling author, and the founder of the consultancy firm Kotter International. He has authored 20 books, 12 of which have been business bestsellers and two of which are overall New York Times bestsellers. His works had a noticeable impact on change management practice worldwide. His recent book “Accelerate!” describes five principles for a change management in rapidly changing business environments.
