Abstract

The chapter introduces an analytical model for sustainable product ideation, utilizing Main Parameter Values (MPVs) and social network data. It discusses the integration of AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze customer feedback from social media platforms like Twitter, enabling the prediction and analysis of MPVs for innovative product development. The model is based on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) and the Trend of S-Curve Evolution in TESE, providing a framework for understanding the evolution of engineering systems over time. The chapter highlights the practical application of this model through an empirical validation using customer feedback on the LG WashTower™, demonstrating its effectiveness in extracting and classifying MPVs. The research aims to bridge the gap between AI, TESE, and social media data, offering a comprehensive tool for informed decision-making and strategic planning in product development.
