Abstract

The article discusses the severe dynamic failure phenomenon of rock burst, particularly in fault-controlled areas, and its impact on mining safety. It explores the mechanisms behind rock burst, including the influence of in-situ stress and fault shear instability. The study also highlights advanced monitoring techniques, such as micro-seismic systems, and introduces innovative control methods like precise grouting to mitigate rock burst risks. A case study from the No.3316 mining face in China is presented, demonstrating the practical application of these control strategies.
