Abstract

The article explores the use of organizational network analysis to predict and mitigate voluntary employee turnover. Traditional HR approaches focus on individual factors, but this review highlights the impact of network structures such as network position, centrality measures, types of networks, and the snowball effect. It synthesizes recent research to propose a new retention model, emphasizing the role of social network parameters in understanding and managing employee turnover. The study identifies key themes and trends, offering insights into how network theory has evolved and how these constructs can be leveraged to enhance retention strategies.
