Abstract

The article delves into the challenges and solutions for channel estimation in MIMO-OFDM systems, which are crucial for enhancing wireless communication performance. It introduces an improved pelican optimization algorithm (IPOA) combined with a deep residual recurrent neural network (ResRNN) to optimize channel state information (CSI) estimation. The proposed method leverages the strengths of deep learning to predict CSI more accurately, reducing mean square error (MSE) and bit error rate (BER) while improving throughput. The integration of hybrid precoding further enhances the system's efficiency. The study evaluates the performance of the proposed method through extensive simulations, demonstrating its superiority over traditional methods. The article is particularly relevant for researchers and engineers working on 5G network optimization and wireless communication systems.
