Abstract

The article introduces an optimization-based resilient control strategy for voltage unbalance compensation in grid-connected microgrid systems. It addresses the challenges posed by renewable energy sources integration, such as voltage unbalance and voltage sags. The proposed strategy utilizes an Artificial Cooperative Search algorithm to optimize control objectives, including active power control, positive sequence voltage support, and current limitation. The control strategy is tested through various case studies, demonstrating its effectiveness in maintaining voltage quality and maximizing active power injection. The article highlights the robustness of the proposed approach under diverse conditions, including grid imbalance and communication failures, making it a significant contribution to the field of microgrid control systems.
