Zusammenfassung

Wieso ist Beteiligung für Mitarbeiter aus deren Perspektive häufig sinnlos? Aufbauend auf dem theoretischen Rahmen sinnerfüllter Tätigkeit sowie der epochengeschichtlichen Entwicklung unserer Maßstäbe wird aufgezeigt, welche spezielle Formen und Merkmale von Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung für die jeweiligen epochentypischen Sinnprofile Kennzeichen sinnerfüllter Tätigkeit sind. An diese stereotypische Betrachtung schließen sich empirisch untersuchbare Fragen hinsichtlich der tatsächlichen Sinnprofile an.
