Abstract

The article introduces the creation of antifreezing ionotronic skin using flexible, transparent, and tunable ionic conductive nanocellulose hydrogels. It discusses the advantages of these hydrogels in terms of mechanical properties, conductivity, and sensing performance. The research focuses on the crosslinking process with hydrochloric acid and the immersion in various ionic solutions to enhance these properties. The results show that metal ions like lithium, calcium, and potassium significantly improve the conductivity and sensitivity of the hydrogels. The study highlights the potential of these hydrogels for advanced sensor applications, particularly in health monitoring and human-computer interaction.
