Anwendung der Quality Function Deployment (QFD)-Methode zur Entwicklung eines Bewertungsmodells der organisationalen Innovationsfähigkeit

Zusammenfassung

In der gegenwärtigen hochdynamischen und wettbewerbsintensiven Geschäftswelt ist Innovation eine zwingende Voraussetzung für das Überleben und die Verbesserung der Marktposition von Unternehmen. Um den Innovationsprozess zu verstehen und zu steuern, sollten Organisationen eine klare Bewertungsstrategie zur Messung der Innovationsleistung festlegen. Daher sind unter diesen Bedingungen verbesserte Methoden zur Bewertung der Innovationsfähigkeit von Organisationen erforderlich, wobei in den letzten Jahren bemerkenswerte Anstrengungen in dieser Hinsicht unternommen wurden. Der Evaluierungsprozess ist wichtig, weil er die Gesamtleistung des Unternehmens verbessern kann. Das Hauptziel dieses Beitrags ist die Schaffung eines Modells zur Bewertung der organisationalen Innovationsfähigkeit, welches die Bestimmung des Innovation Performance Score (IPS) unter Berücksichtigung von acht Dimensionen der organisationalen Innovation erleichtert. Bei der Priorisierung der Indikatoren für die organisationalen Innovationsfähigkeit schlugen wir einen Algorithmus zur Analyse des Korrelationsgrades zwischen allen Indikatoren vor, wobei die Methoden des Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) und des Quality Function Deployment (QFD) verwendet wurden. Das vorgeschlagene Bewertungsmodell ist ein nützliches Instrument zur Identifizierung potenzieller Verbesserungen der organisationalen Innovationsfähigkeit.
