Mit rund 50.000 Artikeln und fünf stationären Stores, von denen allein der Standort in Mühlheim-Kärlich mehr als 4.000 m² umfasst, ist Intersport Krumholz einer der größten Händler im deutschen Verbund. Zur Digitalisierung und Vereinfachung der Filialprozesse hat sich der Sportartikelhändler Mitte 2019 für die Einführung der Remira-Instore-App entschieden. Damit ging das Ziel einher, die Beratungskapazität auf der Verkaufsfläche zu erhöhen, Wartezeiten für die Kunden zu verkürzen und die Abläufe schneller, effizienter und kostengünstiger zu gestalten.
