Abstract

The article presents a novel approach to cancer diagnosis by combining magnetic targeted fluorescence imaging with magnetic resonance imaging. Utilizing AIE dyes and Fe3O4 nanoparticles, the study demonstrates the synthesis and characterization of a dual-modal imaging nanoprobe. The probe's in vitro and in vivo performance is evaluated, showcasing its potential for improved tumor localization and imaging. The study highlights the advantages of the probe's stability, biocompatibility, and enhanced permeability and retention effect, making it a promising tool for cancer diagnosis.
