Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an international future topic in research and technology, economy, and society. But research and technical innovation at AI are not enough. AI technology will dramatically change the way we live and work. The global competition of the social systems (e.g., Chinese state monopolism, US-American IT giants, European market economy with individual freedom rights) will decisively depend on how we position our European value system in the AI world.
