Globalization - Understanding the Correlations Between Attitudes Towards Globalization, Time, Resources and Financial Resources
Abstract
Reinforced by AI e-marketing is now an established, important and often decisive channel especially for B2C (business to consumer) activities. One of the visible characteristics of today’s world is globalization. In developed societies where services, products and possibilities abound, not only money but increasingly time is becoming an important value. People’s availability of time is crucial for how they work, form their lives and how they act when choosing, buying and using products in the market place. The attitudes towards globalization influence not only choices of products and services but also the way people use Internet and accept it as a marketing channel for exposure for known and new for them products and services and brands. Therefore, time & money resources and attitudes towards globalization are also decisive for companies in development of products and services, and marketing of them. Artificial Intelligence has a great role to play in time optimization.

Integrated System for Students’ Evaluation Using KM Approach
Abstract
With the number of international students increasing globally and the mobility of students is becoming a condition to secure a good job and to gain a shining career, evaluating candidates’ prerequisites is becoming challenging. This paper presents how knowledge management approach using AI techniques could help academic institutions in the evaluation of international students’ profiles by providing an adapted methodology. This methodology implemented in the proposed system will help institutions gain more time in processing students files, provide accurate evaluation of candidates by taking their cultural background into consideration and avoid human errors.

ICT Platform Design for SME Collaboration
Abstract
Collaboration is frequently used both in literature and in practice as a sustainability and survival strategy for SMEs. In this study, we propose an ICT Platform to support SME Collaboration in discrete complex manufacturing industries. The proposed ICT Platform is defined by a conceptual platform and functional and process flows. Initially an SME network vision is set with three dimensions; sustainability, growth, and survival. And then, a Balanced Scorecard application has been performed to translate the SME network strategy to operational level ICT initiatives. Finally based on the guidance received from the literature and the established ICT initiatives, a set of ICT tools were created for the business model. These tools include a conceptual framework and the characterization of functional, informational and process flows to support the business model.

Platform for Knowledge Society and Innovation Ecosystems
Abstract
This paper reminds main components of Knowledge Society and of Innovation ecosystems and discusses the conditions for sustainable and successful innovation in the context of ubiquitous digitalization and third hype of artificial intelligence. It points out the necessity of having a collaborative platform for accelerating and succeed innovation. It considers the main system blocks and interactions between the components of the Innovation Ecosystems in aim understanding and maintaining the balance of knowledge-based Innovation ecosystems. The emphasis is also on early evaluation of the impacts. An architecture of artificial intelligence-based platform for collaborative gathering, sharing and exploring knowledge supporting the dynamics of the Innovation Ecosystems is presented and interaction between components discussed. We suggest applying the presented approach to European innovation ecosystem.
Environmental aspects of innovation are discussed in aim inspiring eco-design, eco-innovation, green software, circular energy and smart circular economy.

Measuring Successful Digital Services by Identifying Active Users
Abstract
This paper is an extended version of the work published in [1]. We extended our previous work by the proposed model representation and more experimental result. Almost every service in the current era are either managed or operated with the help of digital services to manage their customer’s activities. So digital service providers are engaging in different ways with the users to know their feedback about the service. Traditional methods for understanding user satisfaction from their direct feedback or survey. Both of these methods might produce biased result due the limited user participations. Therefore, knowledge management of user activities with the digital service could be an alternative approach for identifying satisfied users. In the previous work [1], we have presented a data science model. In this paper, more result using the proposed data science model have been presented to prove that the proposed model is workable to measure successful digital services.

Effective Management of Information Processes with CMS in Smart City. The Concept of Crowdsourcing
Abstract
Globalization and civilization development are progressing in the world, according to statistics people have been migrating from rural areas to cities for many years. At the moment, this phenomenon is noticeable in every place and country, regardless of the state of affluence, level of development or other factors. Some developed countries such as Japan have urbanization at 97.6%. Along with the development of cities, problems also arise. One of the largest is the management of large municipal units. It should be noted that in addition to ordinary areas such as public transport and clean air, there are also extremely important as urban community management. Smart City concepts are created to coordinate activities in urban areas, but also outline development directions for the future. The author focuses on the analysis of information processes in Smart City and proper knowledge management thanks to electronic tools such as Resident Portal. Only fully coordinated and properly managed communication between residents, stakeholders and municipal authorities is able to strengthen and develop cities.

A Naming System for “The Internet of Things” Adapted to Industry - A Case Study in Electrical Engineering
Abstract
The development of information systems (IS) in the field of electrical engineering represents a significant challenge: virtual reality has to be explicit and remain true to the functional and behavioral perception of real industrial objects. The digitization of processes, names and functions is, in any case, not all that simple. One needs to study reality to understand the underlying cognitive representations. This paper presents two points that we feel are important: the denomination of computer objects in relation to their real-world correspondence and the functional representation within the IS.

Augmented Learning and Data Filtering: Knowledge Management and Discovery
Abstract
Ever since the authors’ publications on frontiers of decision trees, forecasting, and business ecosystems, over a decade the techniques for enterprise business systems planning and design with predictive models have become an attention focus. Heuristics on predictive analytics are developed with novel applications to decision trees. Augmented world and priority-based decision trees are new applications for machine learning and big data filtering. The areas addressed include designing predictive modeling with strategic decision systems with applications to analytics, enterprise modeling, and cognitive social media business interfaces. The areas further explored range from plan goal decision tree satisfiability with competitive business models to predictive analytics models that accomplish goals on 3-tier glimpse to business systems. Example decision support application for AI KM with applications is presented. Augmented learning decisions is how AI enhances the decision-making process with more comprehensive cognitive views to business models and infrastructures.

AI Classification in Collaboration for Innovation of Electric Motors of Household Appliances
Abstract
Electric motors are important components of household appliance that effects the energy efficiency and noise level with a social impact. Considering the evolution period of electric motors in household appliances, innovation can be seen at the end of each life cycle of motor technology for every single product. Therefore, it can be stated that electric motors are open for innovation. There are several ways for innovation. Collaboration is one of them. Recently, improvement in sharing economies also resulted with knowledge sharing due to shortage of resources. In order to achieve efficiency with limited sources collaboration is essential. However, collaborating partner is very important to get successful results. Unfortunately there are lots of examples that collaboration ends up without any beneficial. As a result of evaluation of previous studies and experiences, expert knowledge is established. Classification method based on expert knowledge is chosen to give the decision of collaboration for each candidate corporation. Artificial intelligence is used for this critical decision making.

A Note on Knowledge Management Education: Towards Implementing Active Learning Methods
Abstract
Knowledge Management as an area of education is still a big challenge for teachers and practitioners. Nevertheless, there are several useful teaching methods in active education, especially oriented towards courses where innovation and delivering dynamic knowledge are critical. The goal of the paper is to present and discuss criteria relevant in the selection of active educational methods supporting knowledge management courses. Examples of real cases from business schools seem to confirm the usefulness of a learner-centered approach.

Intellect Modeling Kit
Abstract
It is presentation of technology called Intellect Modeling developed with idea of amplification of human intellect and as an alternative to traditional Artificial Intelligence. The goal is to assist human intellect on every step of its activity, accept human knowledge and develop new knowledge together with people. The activity of Intellect Modeling applications could be verified by human expert on every stage. Intellect Modeling Kit is an open-source project located at Sourceforge repository http://sourceforge.net/projects/gkm-ekp.
