Abstract

This chapter delves into the critical attributes influencing construction project performance from the perspectives of various stakeholders, including investors, project management units, design consultants, supervision consultants, and contractors. The study identifies five key groups of attributes: Leadership, People, Policy and Strategy, Partnerships and Resources, and Processes, each containing specific factors that significantly impact project outcomes. Through a comprehensive survey and analysis, the research highlights the most influential attributes across all stakeholders, such as disputes between project parties, quality of equipment and materials, and quality of construction design. The findings reveal both commonalities and differences in stakeholder priorities, offering insights into how these perspectives shape project success. The chapter concludes with actionable recommendations for improving dispute resolution, material quality control, and workforce training, providing a roadmap for enhancing construction project performance and stakeholder collaboration.
