Zusammenfassung

Das Naturschutzzentrum Karlsruhe-Rappenwört bietet Besuchenden der Karlsruher Auen beispielsweise durch Ausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und Führungen die Möglichkeit, tiefergreifende Informationen zu Flora und Fauna der Karlsruher Auen zu erlangen. Jedoch ist der Erhalt dieser Informationen an die Öffnungszeiten des Naturschutzzentrums gebunden. Aus diesem Grund wurde ein Chatbot implementiert, dessen Fokus auf organisatorischen Inhalten zum Naturschutzzentrum selbst sowie Fachinformationen zu den Karlsruher Auen liegt. Diese Veröffentlichung zeigt ebenfalls, wie Interessierte auf den Prototypen in einer ersten Evaluation reagiert haben.
