Augmented Human-Centered Management – Personalentwicklung für hochautomatisierte Geschäftsfelder

Zusammenfassung

Digitalisierung und Automatisierung verändern, ergänzen und ersetzen zunehmend den menschlichen Arbeitsplatz. Es gibt eine Verdrängung menschlicher Arbeit durch Maschinen, die trotz der zunehmenden Relevanz moderner Managementansätze noch immer stark von Taylors Prinzipien des Scientific Management geprägt ist. Während der Mensch nie vollumfänglich ein Homo oeconomicus war, bietet die Technologie zunehmend die Möglichkeit zur Schaffung von rein ökonomisch entscheidender, autonom agierender Software, der Machina oeconomica. In diesem dynamischen Kontext ist der Mensch ständig gefordert, sich an neue Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme anzupassen, die angeblich effizienter sind. Der Zweck dieses Beitrags ist es, den Fokus vom Management für Automatisierung mit menschlicher Restarbeit auf das sogenannte Augmented Human-Centered Management (AHCM) zu verlagern. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, mit AHCM einen für den Menschen nachhaltigen Ansatz zur Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung abzuleiten, der für eine Welt mit zunehmender Digitalisierung und Automatisierung geeignet ist. Damit werden Lücken zwischen CSR, Human Resources Management und verwandten Disziplinen überbrückt, sodass diese gemeinsam zu diesem Ziel beitragen können. Der interdisziplinär angelegte Beitrag kombiniert Arbeiten aus der Betriebswirtschaft, Ökonomie, Informatik, der Human-Factors-Wissenschaft und der Philosophie.
