Ausmaß der Zusammenarbeit von Automobilunternehmen in Ecosystems

Zusammenfassung

Automobilunternehmen arbeiten zunehmend in neuartigen Netzwerken (Ecosystems) multilateral mit festen Partnern zusammen, um sich gemeinsam auf ein übergeordnetes Nutzenversprechen ausrichten. Durch Austausch in Transaktionsecosystems oder gemeinsame Innovation in Innovationsecosystems können sie zusammen einen Wert schaffen, von dem sich jeder Partner einen Teil sichern kann. In diesem Beitrag soll das Ausmaß der Zusammenarbeit von Automobilunternehmen in solchen Ecosystems untersucht werden, d. h. die Nutzung möglicher Werttreiber und Governance Mechanismen, aber auch die Auswirkungen auf den Unternehmenserfolg. Eine Befragung von fast 300 Automobilunternehmen zeigt, dass Raum für eine stärkere multilaterale Zusammenarbeit besteht.
