Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag der Zeitschrift „Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. (GIO)“ stellt dar, dass der Reifegrad eines Teams an den Arbeitsbeziehungen beobachtbar ist. Leistungsfähige Teams etablieren wechselseitige Anerkennung in den Arbeitsbeziehungen. Der Autor unterscheidet drei Grundmuster der gelebten Autorität in Teams. Reife Teams wechseln situativ passend ihr Autoritätsmuster. Es wird untersucht, wie diese Muster die Leistungsfähigkeit von Gruppen stützen. Dabei zeigt sich, dass das politische Geschehen in Teams mit ihren Fähigkeiten korreliert. Gute Teams sind in vielen Gruppenaufgaben demokratische Teams. Demokratische Erfahrungen der Selbstwirksamkeit am Arbeitsplatz machen rechtsextreme Einstellungen unwahrscheinlicher: Die Mikropolitik in Teams hat auch makropolitische Effekte.
