Abstract

The article discusses the challenges of evaluating the corrosion state of reinforced concrete structures using existing electrochemical methods. It introduces a Bayesian network model that integrates multiple indicators to provide a more comprehensive and accurate assessment of rebar corrosion. The study includes a detailed analysis of the correlations between different electrochemical parameters and demonstrates the effectiveness of the Bayesian network approach through various case studies. The article also highlights the need for further research in this area to improve the understanding and prediction of rebar corrosion in concrete structures.
