Zusammenfassung

Um die Bedeutung von Präsentismus zu beschreiben, sollten verschiedene Perspektiven einbezogen werden. Zum einen ist von Interesse, wie verbreitet das Phänomen innerhalb von Organisationen, aber auch geografisch und kulturell ist. Außerdem muss die Frage gestellt werden, für wen es in welchem Ausmaß von Bedeutung ist. Ebenso wichtig sind die Gründe, warum Erwerbstätige Präsentismus zeigen. Diese Fragen werden in diesem Kapitel beantwortet.
