Zusammenfassung

Eine nutzerzentrierte Vorgehensweise bei der Entwicklung gemeinschaftlich genutzter, automatisierter Mobilitätskonzepte kann die Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit hinsichtlich der späteren Akzeptanz erhöhen. Dennoch wird der Individualisierung des Fahrzeuginterieurs von automatisierten Shuttlebussen und der damit verbundenen Beachtung verschiedener Nutzerbedürfnisse bei der Innenraumgestaltung nicht ausreichend Aufmerksamkeit zuteil. Am Beispiel eines Expertenworkshops zeigt dieser Beitrag, dass eine zumindest grundlegende Berücksichtigung individueller Nutzergruppen mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand möglich und sinnvoll ist.
